Delete your account

This page explains how to delete an account for Proterate Team, including the TeamPro app on Android and iOS and the Proterate Team web app. You don’t need the app installed to use it.

How to request deletion

• Email us at kornkrit.supayanant@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Proterate Team account” and your company’s name.
• In the TeamPro app, open Me → Delete account, which brings you to this page.

We confirm the request came from the account holder, tell your employer’s administrator, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We email you when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account (email, password, and any Google sign-in link).
• Your personal profile details: phone number, personal email, address, date of birth, gender, marital status, nationality, emergency contact, and benefit dependents.
• Push-notification tokens for your devices.
• Check-in selfies and location data. These are already deleted automatically 7 days (Free plan) or 30 days (Pro plan) after each check-in.

What your employer may keep

If your account was created by your employer, your employer controls your employment records, and Proterate Team holds them on their behalf. The law may require your employer to keep some of those records after you leave. Those records include payslips, tax and social-security figures, attendance and leave history, and expense claims. We keep only what your employer is required to retain, for as long as that requirement lasts, and then delete it. Nobody can sign in to your account during that time.

If you want your employment records removed too, contact your employer as well. They decide what the law lets them delete.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can clear or change your personal profile details at any time in the app under Me → My profile. To have other specific data removed, email us at kornkrit.supayanant@gmail.com and say what you want deleted.

Company administrators

To close your whole company’s account and delete its data, email us from an administrator address. Company-level deletion also cancels any subscription.
