Do respondents need an account to answer a survey?
No. Respondents open a link, a QR code, or an embedded survey and answer directly — there is nothing to install and no account to create. Responses are anonymous unless you explicitly add a question asking who they are.
What happens when I hit the free plan limits?
You keep full access to your existing surveys and every response already collected. Creating new surveys is paused until you upgrade, so nothing you have gathered is ever locked away or deleted because of a plan limit.
Can I embed a survey on my own website?
Yes. Every survey can be embedded in a page of your site with a single snippet, shared as a link, or turned into a QR code for print. All three routes feed the same survey and the same report.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Contact us and we will cancel your Pro subscription immediately, with no cancellation fee and no notice period. You keep access to your data on the Free plan afterwards.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Contact us — we are happy to arrange a 14-day Pro trial for qualifying businesses so you can test the advanced analytics and exports against your own responses before paying.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and PromptPay. Sign up on the Free plan first, then contact us to arrange payment and we will move your account onto Pro.
